01 / SYSTEMS

One machine, four stages.

STAGE 01 — PRESENCE

A storefront that sells while you sleep.

Websites built like the leaders of your industry — fast, found on Google, and made to turn a visitor into a customer, not just look good in a tab.

STAGE 02 — OPERATIONS

The counter, the calendar, the back office.

Booking, orders, quotes, job boards — custom software shaped to how your shop actually runs, not how a template thinks it should.

STAGE 03 — REACH

Found everywhere your customers look.

Google Maps presence, reviews, and social campaigns built from your real work — your jobs, your photos, your voice.

STAGE 04 — AUTOMATION

Work that does itself.

Follow-ups, reminders, reports, review requests — processes that run themselves so nothing slips while you're busy doing the actual work.

02 / THE BENCH

What the machines do.

Three systems we build, explained the way they actually run — minute by minute.

SYSTEM 01 — BOOKING

The calendar fills itself.

A booking grid lives behind your counter — the week laid out in open slots. A customer opens it from their phone, taps the time they want, and that slot is held the moment they do. Taken slots stay taken, so two people can never book the same hour and nobody has to play phone tag to find out.

  1. 01Customer taps an open slot
  2. 02The slot locks on the grid
  3. 03Your phone gets a text with the details
  4. 04The customer gets a confirmation text
SYSTEM 02 — MAPS

The profile people find first.

Most customers meet a business on Google Maps before they ever see its website. We stand that profile up properly and keep it alive: the right name and hours, real photos of your work, reviews that keep arriving, and the three buttons that matter — directions, call, website. When someone searches your trade in your town, this is what they see.

  1. 01Name, hours, and location set and kept accurate
  2. 02Photos of your real work, not stock
  3. 03Reviews requested after every job, answered when they land
  4. 04Directions, call, and website one tap away
SYSTEM 03 — AUTOMATION

Work that does itself after hours.

It’s 6:42 PM. The shop closed two hours ago. A customer calls and gets no answer — normally that lead is gone. Instead the system texts them back instantly, asks what they need, and when they answer “Do you do brake jobs on Saturdays?” it books them for Saturday at 10, tells you, and queues the reminder. You find out in the morning that you already have the job.

  1. 6:42 PMMissed call while the shop is closed
  2. 6:42 PMSystem texts back: “What do you need? We’ll answer tonight.”
  3. 6:47 PMCustomer asks about Saturday brake work
  4. 6:47 PMBooked Saturday 10:00 · owner notified · reminder queued
03 / THE CARDINAL RULES

How the lab works.

  1. We build the whole machine.

Not pages. Storefront, booking, back office, follow-up — wired together as one system that runs your business while you run the counter.

  2. Built for one business: yours.

Nothing off a shelf. We study how your shop actually runs — then build to that, in your industry's language, with your real work front and center.

  3. Live means live.

We only show deployed systems on real domains — nothing speculative, nothing "coming soon." If we show it, it's running.

  4. The system keeps evolving.

A build isn't an ending. Every system we run keeps growing with its business — new tools, new automations, sharper numbers. The build never stops.

Cardinal Labs is a small technology lab in Charlotte, North Carolina. Builders, not account managers. We take on a few businesses at a time and build each one the system it should have had from the start.
